The NFBHC is pleased to offer the following free services to breast cancer patients and
survivors. Services are held at our office, 185 Old Country Road, Suite 6, Riverhead.
GENTLE YOGA – Colleen Riccardelli
Meets the 2 nd Wednesday of each month*
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Participants would need to bring their own mat and props.

"Lend A Helping Hand" Grant
If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are currently under a physician’s care, you are eligible for a one-time grant of up to $1,000, which may be used for such services as house cleaning, meal preparation, transportation expenses, or just a day of relaxation at a local spa. Who is eligible?

Individuals who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy and can provide confirmation by their physicians.

Individuals who live on the North Fork and are currently under treatment.

Individuals must sign a consent and release form.
NFBHC Keri Lynn Stromski Stage IV Breast Cancer Research
and Support Fund
If you have been diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer and have already received our "Lend a Helping Hand Grant" and are currently under a physician’s care, you are eligible additional grant of up to $2,500, which may be used for such services as house cleaning, meal preparation, transportation expenses, or just a day of relaxation at a local spa. Individuals who have been diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer and are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy and can provide confirmation by their physicians.
