COVID-19 UPDATE:
Out of concern for the health and welfare of our cancer survivors/thrivers and facilitators, the NFBHC has suspended our Yoga/Meditation, Reflexology and Massage therapies. If you had an appointment, please do not come for it. You will be rescheduled when it is safe to do so.
We are an organization of hope and support. If you need us, please call the office and leave a message. Together, supporting each other, we will get through this.

NORTH FORK BODIES IN MOTION - Dr. Marilyn Lopresti
North Fork Bodies in Motion is pleased to announce, in conjunction with the North Fork Breast Health Coalition, that for the month of October all Low Impact Aerobics Classes, Weight Training, and all TaiChi/Qigong Zoom classes will be FREE to all individuals who are Breast Cancer patients/survivors/thrivers of the North Fork Breast Health Coalition.
Classes are conducted Monday through Friday from 10:00 until 11:00 am. Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes include a bonus 20 minute session of weight training right after Aerobics class.
All of these Zoom classes can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home!!! Anyone interested in participating in these FREE classes are asked to contact Susan Ruffini at the NFBHC coalition office 631-208-8889, leave your name and contact number and you will be put in touch with Dr. Marilyn Lopresti of North Fork Bodies in Motion to sign up for these FREE classes.

North Fork Breast Health Coalition "Lend A Helping Hand" Grant
If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are currently under a physician’s care, you are eligible for a one-time grant of up to $1,000, which may be used for such services as house cleaning, meal preparation, transportation expenses, or just a day of relaxation at a local spa. Who is eligible?

Individuals who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy and can provide confirmation by their physicians.

Individuals who live on the North Fork and are currently under treatment.

Individuals must sign a consent and release form.
