"Lend A Helping Hand" Grant
If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are currently under a physician’s care, you are eligible for a one-time grant of up to $1,000, which may be used for such services as house cleaning, meal preparation, transportation expenses, or just a day of relaxation at a local spa. Please call 631-208-8889 for information.
Who is eligible?

Individuals who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy and can provide confirmation by their physicians.

Individuals who live on the North Fork and are currently under treatment.

Individuals must sign a consent and release form.

Stage IV Breast Cancer Research and Support Fund
If you have been diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer and have already received our "Lend a Helping Hand Grant" and are currently under a physician’s care, you are eligible additional grant of up to $2,500, which may be used for such services as house cleaning, meal preparation, transportation expenses, or just a day of relaxation at a local spa.
