CREATIVE WRITING workshop
Find your voice, share your story ....
Join storyteller and journalist Maria Orlando Pietromonaco for a transformative creative writing workshop designed exclusively for breast cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers.
In this supportive, compassionate space, you'll explore your experiences through guided prompts, meaningful discussions and the freedom to write at your own page. Whether you are picking up a pen for the first time or you're an experienced writer, this workshop welcomes you exactly as you are.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a safe, evidence based therapy that uses fine needles to stimulate specific points in the body to help relieve cancer related fatigue, hot flashes, neuropathy, nausea, and pain while supporting nervous system balance and overall wellness for individuals affected by breast cancer.

Gentle Yoga is a low impact, therapeutic yoga practice that combines mindful movement and breathwork to improve flexibility, reduce stress, ease fatigue, support balance, and promote overall physical and emotional well being.

Massage therapy is a gentle, therapeutic bodywork service that helps ease muscle tension, improve circulation, support healthy lymphatic flow, and encourage deep relaxation. RITA DUVA BOUTIQUE
The Rita Duva boutique at the North Fork Breast Health Coalition is a private, supportive space created especially for women navigating treatment and recovery. We offer a thoughtful selection of wigs, head coverings, scarves, hats, breast prosthetics, and comfort items to help restore confidence and dignity.
All boutique items are provided at no cost to those affected, made possible through the generosity of our donors and community. Visits are by appointment to ensure privacy and personalized one on one support.
