The North Fork Breast Health Coalition was founded with one clear purpose: to ensure no one in our community faces breast cancer alone. What began as a grassroots North Fork effort has grown into a trusted local nonprofit dedicated to prevention, early detection, patient advocacy, and ongoing support services.

Our mission is to meet people where they are and respond to the real needs of those affected. Through community partnerships, outreach, wellness programs, and local fundraising events, we provide meaningful, hands on support close to home.

Funds raised stay in our community and are reinvested directly into patient centered programs such as Lend a Helping Hand, which provides financial assistance and practical resources for North Fork residents during treatment and beyond. Everything we do is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and community connection.
