On Sunday, September 27th, the North Fork Breast Health Coalition is bringing our community together for the 28th Anniversary 5K Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness at Tanger Outlets in Riverhead.

This is more than a walk. It is a morning of celebration, remembrance, strength, and hope as survivors, families, friends, neighbors, and supporters from across Long Island walk side by side for a cause that touches so many lives. Come in pink, bring your people, create a team, walk in honor of someone you love, or simply show up because you believe in the power of community.

For 28 years, this walk has brought people together to raise breast cancer awareness and support our local community, and this year we want to make it bigger, brighter, and more meaningful than ever.
